Prices are steep, and for what you pay, a few details fell short—like arriving to find no robes in the room, and waiting nearly an hour for them once requested. Additionally, the pool area lacks dressing rooms, forcing us to either wait for hotel staff or haul wet swimsuits back through the hotel.

Chic, chic, chic.
The room was an absolute dream with a rain shower and soaking tub. I adored the elegant indoor pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was very nice, always ready with a smile

Nice vibe, but service issues
So, I stayed one night in a cool suite. It was a nice room, but honestly, I expected way more from a luxury place. Had a frustrating experience at the cocktail lounge. the waitlist system was chaotic. We left feeling pretty ignored. The bar area looked fun tho!

Stepping into the lobby felt like entering a stylish art gallery—everywhere I looked, there were stunning design elements that would make any Pinterest board jealous. The room was beautifully decorated, with a bed so cozy that it was like sleeping on a cloud made of marshmallows.

The vegetarian fare at Raffles is nothing short of a culinary adventure—every bite's a winner! Plus, the breakfast on the terrace is a dream, while cocktails at the Long Bar spark joy with every sip. Can't forget the top-notch concierge service made everything smooth as butter.
Had a bit of a hiccup with a rude waiter in the speakeasy, but with such an exceptional staff around, it hardly scratched the surface of a brilliant stay. A minor moment in an otherwise stellar experience.

The Premier King Room with Rain Shower and Soaking Tub was a highlight, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Smoked salmon bagels served at breakfast added a delightful touch to our morning routine. However, the hotel, while nice, felt comparable to other high-end options in the area, lacking standout features. Overall, the experience was solid, but it didn't quite exceed expectations.

A Luxurious Escape with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed a wonderful evening in an elegant suite featuring a lovely powder room. The butler service was attentive yet the room service disrupted my stay with incorrect orders. I recommend trying the spa and exploring nearby restaurants to enhance your visit. Don't forget to prioritize dining reservations!
